Our team has placed many PAs and we work from the start making the transition as seamless as possible.
The hospitals and practices are looking for good team members with excellent skills and at experience in general/family medicine/urgent care/emergency and some limited specialties. The ideal candidate would be flexible, enthusiastic and able to build rapport with patients and their whanau. Some positions would include teaching and all positions include educating colleagues and patients on the PA role. Your skills and contribution will be valued and families are welcomed into the community.
Practice: Work in New Zealand offers effective and accessible primary health care to North and South island communities. At present there can be a requirement in some clinics to provide care after hours. Many clinics have PAs working in them already or nearby.
Location: The current opportunities are increasing and extend throughout New Zealand. Areas are multicultural and people are pleasantly surprised by the range of adventure and sights to see in these locations. The beautiful coastlines are a must see in your journey to New Zealand.
