I am originally from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. I currently live in Boston and am in my second year of PA school at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. I plan to complete an international rotation as part of my program. In my free time, I love to stay active, travel, try new restaurants and explore the northeast.
Global Health Experience
I have volunteered at local, free clinics in Oklahoma City mainly serving a Spanish-speaking population. I also attended my first medical mission trip in Sarstun, Guatemala with Refuge International in 2010. Nearly every summer since, I have returned to Guatemala for 2-6 weeks at a time with Refuge International. My undergraduate degree is in Global and Public Health from the University of Oklahoma with a minor in Spanish. I hope to participate in an international rotation as part of my PA program, and continue to make global health a priority in my professional career.
