Olivier WELCOME is by professional a Clinical Officer graduate from University of Rwanda College of Medicine and Health Sciences in the department of Clinical Medicine and Community Health

I am proud to be Clinical Officer. I am interested in community health promotion and disease prevention. I aspire to creating a healthcare platform where people can easily have access to primary healthcare information and services. Attending health facilities for regular medical checkups is not common in Rwanda. I want to ensure that people from communities especially those with tight schedules or with social stigma are being reached out and served as well. I want to provide healthcare services, information and health products for the people from where they live or work in privacy and confidentiality to ensure healthy and prosperous communities of Rwanda.
